L'Empereur de Huê' offers an authentic cuisine,
especially from the center of Vietnam, the Annam
region and the town of Huê', the last imperial
capital.
The Huê' cuisine is very refined and spicier than those from the other regions, but it shares with them
the taste for fish and seafood as well as the large
use of aromatic herbs.
Our cuisine is made with quality products carefully
selected on the markets and from chosen stores. It is
fresh made with no additives such as glutamate* and
full of savor.
